Hypnotherapy is working with someone who is in a state of deep relaxation  and can provide access to unconscious parts of the mind, allow for the identification and change of painful, harmful and false core beliefs thus, supporting change at the deepest levels. Ninety minute sessions include anchoring resource states, emotional release, instituting healthy beliefs and decisions, reconnecting with and beginning to love oneself.

Energy Clearing & Resetting Sessions with Kate

These sessions are designed for those feeling off or wanting to create more of their life and Looking for a refreshed point of view on a relationship, business, body symptoms. Its connecting you to you. I do not gift energy like reiki energy work. It’s allowing your body to naturally reset even if it’s going through a “healing crisis” etc.

Sound Healing with Christina

A sound bath with incorporation of a variety of special sound tools, such as crystalsinging bowls and chimes, that you typically do not hear. With your eyes closed in gentle surrender to the flow of the soundwaves, the experience can feel otherworldly. You may leave feeling refreshed and renewed as the sound may replace mental chatter and offer a reprieve in its place.

Guided Meditation with Christina

Whether you want to release tension, release negative energy, balance chakras, or invite protection, Christina, using her voice, guides you through 15-60 min meditation practice.

Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices.

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing

techniques, and meditation.  Yoga is an ancient practice that may have originated in India.
